Delivery Options

A delivery estimate is provided at checkout when placing your order, as well as confirmation emails.
Enjoy express and secure delivery within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding items that require customised designs.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow extra time for regional addresses outside NSW and other states. Product availability may be limited.
Our Express & Secure Delivery is free of charge, and a signature is required for delivery.

In-Person

By appointment only, you can visit our office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Indulge in the experience of sharing your vision for what you want us to create for you.

CAN I TRACK MY ONLINE ORDER?

A shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched.

WILL THE PRODUCT PURCHASED ARRIVE IN A DISPLAY BOX?

Yes, all items will arrive in a beautiful display box.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A P.O. BOX?

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes as a signature is required for all purchases.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

No, orders cannot be shipped internationally.

COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Multiple items totalling the required amount will not receive free delivery if sent to multiple addresses.
  • Complimentary delivery is only available for orders placed for domestic shipping.

RETURNS

Articles are accepted for return or exchange within the first 30 days.
All RETURNS need confirmation from our support team.
Returns items must be new, unworn and need to be shipped back with the original paperwork and packaging.
Please note that items that are personalised with engraving, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged unless the item was received broken.
Returns processed as a refund will be processed in the form of the original tender to the purchaser. For cash payments, returns will be processed via a wire transfer.
